- Construct : Replace the entire filter media in six filter beds at the Water Treatment Plant, facility number 1601, at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and perform all work in accordance with these specifications and drawings to replace the entire filter media in six filter beds at the Water Treatment Plant, facility number 1601, at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Details and Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Exhibits will be provided with the formal Invitation for Bid Request. The invitation for Bid will be released on or about 13 August 2010. The project range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Award will be pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.13 - Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone). Contractors must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Program. All responsible sources may sumbit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. All Invitation for Bid will be provided in response to written request only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, email address, telephone number, DUNS number and TIN. Any request that does not include the above-stated information will not receive a response. Fax or email request will be accepted.
