- The 409th CSB Theater Contracting Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the purchase of one (1) Refuse Collection Truck with a delivery time of 8 months after award. Complete vehicle specifications and details will be given in the Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912CM-10-T-0297 to be issued on or about 12 Aug 2010. This procurement is being done under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation part 12 and 13.5. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFQ.
