- FA8751-10-R-0016 JUSTIFICATION REVIEW DOCUMENT The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) and 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, with The Mathworks, 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick MA 01760-2098 for the purchase of software and maintenance/support. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, information received by the response date of this solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed IDIQ based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
