- Item: Processing Machine, FilmNSN: 6635-01-425-8846RN (generic for solicitation purposes only)Part Number: In Accordance With Commercial Item Description (CID)A-A-58058 Description: This commercial item description covers a medium capacity,portable, processor machine, radiographic film, automatic, deployable,suitable for automatic developing, fixing, washing and drying of allstandard brands of nondestructive testing x-ray film in an industrialenvironment. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 2 each, and four options of1-3 each. Options may be exercised for AF (Air Force) or FMS (ForeignMilitary Sales) requirements. Assets will be shipped FOB Origin. Inaccordance with the Technical Manual Contract Requirements to beprovided (CDRL Form DD 1423), tech manuals will be delivered during thebase year of the contract. Delivery of the basic quantity will be 90days ARO contract. Delivery for options will be 90 days ARO exercise ofoption. Offerors shall prepare their quotations in accordance with mandatory,explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. TheGovernment will evaluate Past Performance utilizing the Past PerformanceInformation Retrieval System (PPIRS). Responses will be evaluated andaward made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ.OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACYAS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be released on or around 30 July2010. The RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities. NOHARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. All question regarding the RFQ and/or the data packages must besubmitted in writing to nichole.hand@robins.af.mil with a copy todawn.mccurdy@robins.af.mil. NO TELEPHONIC QUESTIONS. All questions andanswers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. However, the identityof the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouragedto register to receive notification for solicitation and allamendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior tosubmission of proposal. Duration of Contract Period: 1460 Days Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
