- This is not a Request for Proposals. A Joint Service Cooperative Target ID (CTI) Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) is being conducted at the direction of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation office for Fires on Dismounts and Air to Ground Combat ID systems. This effort is being led by the Joint Forces Command (JFCOM) with support from the services. This effort will assess current capabilities and potential improvements that can be provided by both materiel and non-materiel solutions.
