- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to NexAir LLC, 3496 Peachtree Parkway, Suwanee, GA 30024, for two liquid nitrogen freezers, which have been modified with TEC-3000 monitoring system to be monitored for temperature and liquid nitrogen levels. The monitoring system and its software has been custom-designed for CDC to work with existing NexAir liquid nitrogen freezers and with CDC’s in-house monitoring system. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued.
