- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 332439 and the size standard is less than 500 Employees. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-43 Correction, Effective July 23, 2010. Offerors shall propose a firm fixed price for the following: Wheel Caster Sets or equal Manufacturer: Berg Manufacturing, Inc. Part Number: TRI-4ST1 or equal QTY: 2 Delivery Location: 197th FiB S4 Section 1059 Canal Street Manchester, NH 03101 The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, and delivery schedule.
