- Counseling services for a base year and four, one-year options. The services are professional counseling and testing for the Civilian Employee of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake and Point Mugu sites through a full scope out patient mental health facility. For China Lake, the services will be performed at the Naval Air Weapons Station and within the city of Ridgecrest, CA. For Point Mugu the services will be performed both on the Naval Base Ventura County at Point Mugu and within the community areas. The services include management referral, psychological testing, crisis counseling/emergency referrals, workplace violence and critical incident stress debriefing.
