- DRAFT SF33 Request for Proposal (RFP) The purpose of this notice is to post the DRAFT SF33 Request for Proposal (RFP) document for industry review and comment. All comments must be submitted on the comment matrix in accordance with the instructions posted on 26 July 2010. Written comments/questions on the posted DRAFT RFP are due to this office no later than 3 August 2010. Verbal comments or questions wil not be accepted. Please be advised that all communications concerning this acquisition (including, but not limited to, management/tehcnical issues, pricing issues, and proposal issues) must be coordinated through the Contracting Officer.
