- Rental of Excel Modular Scaffolding for use at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Estimated 17 Weeks, and 22 Weeks for an Option. Brand Name Mandatory. The proposed requirement is to rent Excel Modular Scaffolding for the submarine overhaul that will supplement a significant amount of modular scaffolding equipment already owned by Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS). Modular scaffolding fits together quickly and can be adjusted to accommodate angles and adapted to other variations needed at the worksite.
