- The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee has a requirement for a contractor to create a hospice space utilizing the existing terrace in Building #162. This space will allow families an area for visiting and overnight stays to the CLC building. Approximately 600 square feet of space to be converted to a hospice room that will include a kitchenette, two computer work spaces, and two separate TV/Lounging areas. Work includes but is not limited to some light demolition, new walls/doors, new vinyl plank flooring, new ceilings where required, new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, new finish work along with new furnishings and casework, per the specifications and drawings to be available for download on or before August 13, 2010 at www.fbo.gov. NAICS code 236220 is applicable to this procurement. Size standard is $33.5M Construction cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00
