- Please be sure your completed RFQ package is received by the Contract Specialist no later than 2:00 pm CST, Friday, July 30, 2010, via fax, e-mail, or mail. GSA, FAS intends to establish a Standing Price Quote (SPQ), not-to-exceed twelve (12) months for FSC 8030 NSN 8030-01-573-2916, which is under GSA's Stock Program. This request for Standing Price Quote includes the Stock location at Burlington, NJ. The estimated quantity shown for a 12 month period is only an estimate. Delivery will be FOB Destination to GSA Distribution Centers and/or military depots with a requested 30-day delivery. The SPQ period will be 8/2/2010 (or date of award) to 8/1/2011 (or one year from the start date). Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery.
