THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS AWARDED THE ARCHITECT ENGINEERING SERVICES INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULLTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT NUMBER IBM09D0006 WITH TETRA TECH, INC., IBM09D0007 WITH MWH, AND IBM09D0008 WITH URS GROUP, INC. RECOVERY – The requirement is for construction management services for the Urban Levee Remediation at Rio Grande and Cibolo Creek from station 10+00 to 453+00, Presidio, Presidio County, TX. The urban levee improvements at Rio Grande and Cibolo Creek consist of approximately 8.4 miles of river levee along the Rio Grande and 0.28 mile of river levee along Cibolo Creek in Presidio, TX. The contractor is to provide professional and support services necessary to manage and track the progress and expenditures of the project; review schedule of submittals, monthly progress schedule, and requests for information and recommended field changes; assure quality control/assurance compliance of work; review monthly/final pay estimates; review monthly record drawings; and attend/record daily/weekly/monthly meetings as required. The performance period is 300 calendar days. THE RESULTING NEGOTIATED TASK ORDER MAY BE SYNOPSIZED AND ISSUED UNDER THE SUCCESSFULLY COMPETED AND EXISTING FIRM FIXED PRICE MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ A-E SERVICES CONTRACT(S) REFERENCED ABOVE.
