- The following changes have been made to modify the previous presolicitation notice: The solicitation package, amendments, and site visit minutes will be issued by way of FedBizOpps website only. Solicitation Issue Date will be on or about August 2, 2010. A pre-bid conference/site visit will be conducted for this solicitation on August 12, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. It is requested that participating contractors meet in the main building of the Medical Center, 4th Floor Room 488 not earlier than ten minutes prior to the scheduled start time, at the VA Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing by email to rebecca.besten@va.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be received in writing no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 19, 2010, no telephone request will be honored. Proposal must be received and acknowledged by a member of the Contracting Department, located at 513 Rosebud Plaza, Clarksburg, WV 26301 no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 1, 2010. All responses to questions will be posted to the web site. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation based on the availability of funds. It is the responsibility of the contractor to frequently check the web site for all notices, amendments, etc regarding this solicitation. The government will not be responsible for any notifications not sent or received by contractors regarding this solicitation
