- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has issued a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price contract for propane fuel to be delivered on an as-needed basis to the Pomme de Terre Lake Project, near Hermitage, Missouri for the period of August 2010 through July 2011. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 454312 and the size standard is 50 employees. This solicitation is set aside for small business.
