- This notice is for informational purposes only under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) for the Department of Homeland Security. The Federal Protective Service intends to issue a Task Order HSHQE5-10-F-00002 under contract HSCEC5-09-A-00006 to Security Consultants Group located at 102 Mitchell Road, Suite 100 Oak Ridge, TN 37830-7918. The task order will be for Armed Guard Services in accordance with the contracts Armed Guard Service (IL) line item. The task order is being funded in the amount of $171,484.55 of the Recovery Act. These guards will be procured to stand post at the John C. Kluczynski Building 230 South Dearborn Street Chicago, IL 60601
