- The purpose of this amendment is to allow sufficient time for responses due to technical difficulties with the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website and the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. The release of the solicitation was originally submitted for posting 28 July 2010, but did not appear until 29 July 2010 on the website. The solicitation response date is hereby amended to reflect that PROPOSALS SHALL BE RECEIVED BY 4:00 P.M. CENTRAL STANDARD TIME (CST) ON 30 AUGUST 2010. Due to technical difficulties, the solicitation is erroneously reflected as AMENDMENT 1 on this website, upper right-hand corner. For informational purposes, AMENDMENT 1, as reflected on this website in the upper right corner, is the solicitation document (W9115U-10-R-0003). An amendment entitled AMEND1TOSOLICITATION (W9115U-10-R-0003-0001) has been submitted for processing to the documents section of this solicitation and will be available sometime today at the link provided in the window below. Offerors are required to sign all amendments and offerors are required by the solicitation to incorporate all signed amendments into their proposals in response to this solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to monitor HTTPS://AMSCA.ATEC.ARMY.MIL for the proper numerical sequence of all solicitation documents and amendments from this point forward. Amendments will continue to be posted on this website, but may not appear in the proper numerical sequence due to the posting error. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE WAS CHANGED PRIOR TO THE RELEASE OF THE SOLICITATION TO REFLECT A DELIVERY ON THE FOUR (4) PROTOTYPES TO 29 SEPTEMBER 2011. ALL OTHER DELIVERY TERMS REMAIN UNCHANGED. Please submit all questions concerning this solicitation to AMSCA.ATEC@us.army.mil. The contracting activity anticipates an award without discussions. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored.
