- Description
- The USGS, Boise, ID has a requirement for three separate mobile storage shelving units in three different locations. Two units are on the ground floor in the Boise Idaho Newell building in separate rooms. The third is in Building 3 on the same campus site. These systems should be as maintenance free as possible. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 337214 and the Size Standard is 500 employees. The intended contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price. Installation of the first two units will be within 45 days of award. Installation of third unit will be after building is remodeled. The solicitation including all bid documents will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 7/29/2010 under RFQ 10WRQQ0268. The estimated date for the receipt of bids is 3:00 PM local time13 Aug 2010. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the internet site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation plans or specifications. It is the responsibility of all offerors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. No response to this notice is necessary and no source list will be maintained. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system prior to award of a Government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the CCR database willl render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. It is recommended that your firm register immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. This announcement does not constitute the solicitation.
