THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, is requesting price quotes for the purchase of Aggregate Stabilizer documented on the attached Request for Quote. Interested vendors shall submit their price quotes by close of business (4:00 PM EST) August 3, 2010, to the Contract Specialist Stella Bellanger at stella.bellanger@bia.gov or by facsimile to telephone number 505-563-3030. 304000-000 Aggregate Stabilizer - is to maintain a proper and safe integrity of the roadway surface for a longer duration without continuous maintenance. The project sites are Route 144, 5.8 Miles, Route 128, 4.8 miles route 164, 1.5 Miles and Route 130, 1.0 Miles. Total Miles 13.1 Miles, 357,030 Square Yards. Navajo Sales Tax and State Tax shall be included in bid. Disregard the tax if you have a Tax Certificate on file, otherwise you have to include the taxes.
