- Description
- The work shall include, but is not limited to the demolition of the parks building and surrounding area cleanup. The building shall be excavated one foot below the buildings footings. The material must be hauled to the landfill and disposal records of the material shall be accounted for with written documentation. The land where the park building has been removed shall be returned to its original elevation and backfilled with material that is not subject to deterioration. The soil shall be compacted in one foot lifts and the final six inches shall be compacted CA-6 gravel.
