- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PUR10000240 and is issued as a Request for Quote (Quote), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-32. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 with a small business size standard (number of employees) of 750. This requirement is issued under Full and Open Competition. All contractors must be registered and have "active" status in the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award. Do NOT forward a quote for both of the manufacturer camcorders and related accessories. Be sure to quote the exact quantities requested. Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. Delivery shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination. Your quote must be received no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, on Monday, August 2, 2010. LATE QUOTES SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
