- RFQ HSCEMD-10-Q-00032 The DHS/ICE Office of Acquisition Management has a need for Psychological Suitability Testing in Fairfax, VA. The contractor shall provide equipment, tools, personnel and materials required to perform psychological suitability assessments, periodic checkups, and emergency intervention for ICE agents working in sensitive law enforcement assignments. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 621330 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7M. This procurement will be a competitive Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is soliciting for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Please reference Solicitation Number HSCEMD-10-Q-00032 in your requests. This Request for Quote will result in a purchase order awarded to the Offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Offerors are directed to Attachment A for basis of award, evaluation criteria, instructions to offerors, and order information. Offerors shall quote a Firm Fixed Price. Offerors are directed to Attachment B for the Performance Work Statement. All responses to this RFQ shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to Chris Trujillo at christopher.trujillo@dhs.gov. Quotes are due on Aug 11, 2010 by 1:00 PM CDT.
