- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN Atlanta, GA and Surrounding Area brian.narducci@gsa.gov The United States Government seeks to lease fully serviced office space in a quality building of sound construction. The office space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). A total of 30 on-site parking spaces for government owned vehicles must be provided. The office space and parking must be accessible on an unrestricted 24/7 basis to government employees. Only existing buildings will be considered. The space offered must consist of approximately 24,047 rentable square feet, and the space should yield a minimum 20,910 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 120 days after receipt of Government's notice to proceed. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be located in Atlanta, GA and within the delineated area described below. North - Inner Loop Road South - Interstate 285 East - Interstate 75 West - Interstate 85 All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Interested parties may submit pertinent information by email or certified mail no later than 3:00 pm on August 7, 2010. No submissions received after 3:00 pm on August 6, 2010 will be considered.
