- 1) Type of Notification: Sources Sought This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address, (c) point of contact, (d)"number of employees" as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.101 and (e) the amount of "annual receipts" as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19. In addition, the respondent must provide a capability statement and rough order of magnitude cost estimate that addresses the organization's qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor for the requirement described below. 2) Description: The Contractor(s) shall provide personnel and services necessary to provide analysis of the cradle to grave Security Forces (SF) training throughout entire Air Force and SF personnel career to include a separate analysis of SF nuclear training. The analysis will include a review of Basic Military Training (BMT) and commissioning/accession source (officer) course curricula, initial SF skills training, (to include SF Apprentice Course and Basic Officer Course), review material to ensure there is no repeat of initial entry level training. The analysis/study will progress to upgraded training, on-the-job training, duty position qualification training, exportable training, SF advanced training, and mandatory AF training external to the SF career field. The SF nuclear training analysis will follow this same process. The following is a brief summary of additional but not all inclusive information: The contractor will review/utilize applicable Career Field Education and Training Plans (CFETP); Course Training Standards (CTS) and applicable course documents; applicable Department of Defense, Airman's Manual (AFMAN) and Air Force Instructions (AFIs); Mighty Guardian reports; Major Command (MAJCOM) exercise reports; Nuclear Security Certification Training Program (NSCTP); Blue Coach after action reports; and the nuclear roadmap. Contractor personnel are required to have expert security knowledge of and experience with Security Forces training and SF nuclear experience within past 5 years. Contract performance will include TDY (temporary duty travel) to other locations.
