- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mt. Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC), Mt. Weather, VA 20135-2006, intends to negotiate with BCN Technical Services, Inc., Hastings, MI, for the purchase of replacement brackets for a Niagara Metal Shear. A justification of using other than full and open competition, simplified acquisition has been prepared. BCN Technical Services, Inc. is the sole source provider of the OEM parts, and owns all proprietary rights thereto. The brackets are considered to be commercial items IAW FAR Part 13.1. This notice is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive prices.
