- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number E011200. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Brand name or equal items will be accepted. If you are proposing an equal item, then you must submit the product specifications with your quote, showing that the item meets the required specifications. A sample must also be submitted for testing. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order. •1.
