DESCRIPTION: NSN(s): 4910-01-313-8839 Item Description: Spreader, Sling, PR # 0026906601, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin Drawing: IAW Army Drawing NR 19207 12342102 and all related drawings Qualification Requirements: Higher Level Contract Quality Tailored ISO 9002; Product Verification Testing (PVT); Critical Application Item; One or more components which must meet QPL/QML specifications; Calibration system requirements of ANSI/NCSl Z540-1-1994 and MT/E requirements or ISO 10012-1 quality assurance requirements.. Quantity (including option quantity): 842 (1684 with 100% option) Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: CLIN 0001 Stockton, CA (W62G2T), CLIN 0002 New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U) All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Description: NSN 4910-01-313-8839 – Spreader, Sling being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12342102 and all related data. The total quantity required is 842 each with 367 each to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130 and 475 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-50002 There is also a 100% option for up to 842 each that may or may not be used. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 8/12/10 hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the same issue date on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ then click the cFloders under the Technical Data tab. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number, buyer’s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. The required delivery is up to 700 each in 100 days plus 700 each every 30 days until complete. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software.
