- The Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine St, Cincinnati OH, 45220-2213, intends to sole source the following purchase: Maxi Sky Equipment, Monitoring and Logging System, Hardware, and Installation to ARJOHUNTLEIGH, Inc., 2349 W. Lake Street, Adison, IL 60101-6188. This system and equipment is fully compatible with the current system and will fit with the current site dimensions as determined by engineering. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This announcement of the intent to sole source is NOT a request for proposals, quotes, or bids. No formal solicitation document will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product/service information in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely in the discretion of the Government. All responses must be emailed to christopher.blazejewski@va.gov, by noon ET, August 02, 2010. A sole source, firm fixed price contract with ARJOHUNTLEIGH, Inc. may be awarded, based on the availability of funding.
