Plastic Railroad Ties. Size is 7in X 9in X 9ft. Quantity is 4,950 each. FOB Destination, Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, CA. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside subject to the Buy American Act. The US Army Contracting Command (ACC) intends to issue this Request for Quotation, W52P1J-10-T-3053 to the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 10 August 2010 with an opening date of 14 days after issuance. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
