- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) requires accessories to update Jasco model #J-810 and a one (1) year service plan. The completion date will be no later than 30 September 2011. This Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures with Jasco Analytical Instruments due to updating and procuring 1 year support of existing Jasco Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) System Model J-810. Request for W9132T-10-T-0119 will be issued on or about 12 August 2010 with a closing date on or about 19 August 2010. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC-CERL, Contracts Office, Attn: Diane Biggs, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61826-9005. Requests may also be submitted via facsimile at (217) 373-6773 or e-mail to d-biggs@cecer.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted.
