- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), Mechanicsburg, PA is soliciting technical and price submissions for Environmental Training Operation services for the U.S. Fleet Forces and Commander Pacific Fleet. The procurement will be conducted under FAR Part 8.405, utilizing GSA Federal Supply Schedules.
