- Notice of Intent: The VAHMCS at 10 N Greene St. in Baltimore, MD 21201, VISN 5, and IAW FAR 5.207 has a Firm Fixed Price requirement that will be in accordance with Public Law 109's selection criteria, for inspection and certification of medical gas delivery systems. This requirement is for the Facilities and Engineering Service at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Baltimore, MD 21201. NAICS Code 541350 applies and the Size Standard is 8.5 million. The Period of Performance will be for 1 Base YR and 3 Option Yrs estimated from the date of contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice (VA-245-10-RQ-0210) must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
