- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): DAVTEK CORPORATION W912PP-10-P-0113 RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award an 8(a) Sole-Source Firm-Fixed Price contract, as per 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(5) and FAR Part 19.8, for the installation of a gas riser and valve at Cannon Air Force Base, Curry County, New Mexico. The project consists of extending the existing 6 inch gas line approximately twelve feet from the connection point to the gas company meter station east of Perimeter Road, and install a riser with a valve and four or eight hole flange for future connection by the gas company.
