- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, of Stratford, CT, to procure the following Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) in support of the H-60 program maintenance. Quantity Description/Part Number Two Hundred and Forty Five (245) Blade Wrench (P/N-7070077394) The Government does not have the data rights for this effort and intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the posting date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
