- Amendment 1 Changes security level clearance from Top Secret Clearance to Secret Clearance 1) Type of Notification: Sources Sought This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name (b) address, (c) point of contact, (d)"number of employees" as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.101 and (e) the amount of "annual receipts" as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19. In addition, the respondent must provide a capability statement and rough order of magnitude cost estimate that addresses the organization's qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor for the requirement described below. 2) Description: Non-personal service requirement for on-site technical support personnel for on-site security training, project management, technical content development, product review, implementation and maintenance of training program, as well as prepare multi-media analysis of training effectiveness in direct support of the Headquarters Air Force Security Forces Center (HQ AFSFC), Training Branch (SFOT) electronic Tactics, Techniques and Procedure Guide (e-TTPG) program and will assist the lead e-TTPG Project Officer, Training Branch chief and deputy with marketing, program demonstrations, and other day-to-day e-TTPG program requirements. Contractor personnel is required to have expert security knowledge of and experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and USAF Security Forces/Force Protection operations and training missions that will include but not be limited to: applied physical, personnel, industrial, information and operational security, law enforcement, nuclear security, applicable concepts of Air Provost, combat arms and force protection, tactics, techniques and procedures to direct effective execution of Security Forces (SF) education and skills sustainment requirements, overall SF missions, functions, structure and training programs/policies, instructional design practices, theory, evaluation procedures and documentation required at the unit, base, MAJCOM and HQ AFSFC levels. Contractor personnel are required to have and maintain Secret Clearance for contract performance.
