- Q&As This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is SET ASIDE FOR A SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 561790, Size Standard $7.0 Million. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD0160A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44 effective 8 July 2010. The Government intends to award one contract for the following contract line item number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 : Purchase and install PLC control panels, SCADA software, pressure transmitters, VAV controllers, control wire labeling, terminations & testing for the SCADA/integration control of vent hoods for the lab operations at the RVSV Bldg 472. Work to include installation and testing services. See the attached SOW (Statement of Work). Please note we are seeking Brand Name or Equal to for the item(s) listed above. Any site visit required must be requested no later than 26 July 2010 at 10:00AM MST (Mountain Standard Time). APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE IS 30 DAYS FROM AWARD. FOB: DESTINATION.
