- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO WOLVERINE SUPPLY, INC., 5099 EAST BLUE LUPINE DRIVE, WASILLA, AK, 99654, UNDER CONTRACT WC133W-10-CN-0161, DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE, NOME FAMILY HOUSING AT NOME, ALASKA, AS A MODIFICATION ISSUED UNDER THE CONTRACT. The U. S.
