- ITEM 0001: NSN 6115-01-135-6165ID, Part Number 81-4800, 100kw Generator Wheel Kit, are axle and wheel assemblies used by the USAF for providinga wheeled undercarriage for various skid-mounted engine - generator setsranging in size from 15 to 200 kilowatts (kw). Requirement is for 1 ea First Article plus data associated with the First Article to include technical manuals in the basic year. Also included are 4 Option Periods. Option I is valid for 365 days, 1-6 each; Option II is valid for 730 days, 1-6 each; Option III is valid for 1095 days, 1-6 each and Option IV is valid for 1460 days, 1-6 each. Materials: Metal/Steel DELIVERY-ITEM 0001: Place of delivery for First Article: FE6493. First Article is due 30 days ARO Approval of Test Inspection Report; Test procedure is due 60 ARO contract; Test Inspection Report is due 340 ARO contract. Delivery of options is 180 days after exercise of option.Location to be determined. Drawings will be made available online when the RFQ is posted.The approximate RFQ issue date will be 25 May 2010; quotes are due 25 June 2010. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation at www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and no hard copies will be mailed out. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory,explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Quotes will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.This is a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Military Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
