- Description
- The National Science Foundation (NSF), Division of Information Systems (DIS), intends to procure Vantage Agentless software and maintenance and support on a sole source basis. Renewal of existing licensing, support, and maintenance of Compuware's Vantage System Monitoring and Analyzing tool suite assists in the management of our applications, such as FastLane and eJacket. Compuware is the sole proprietor and copyright holder of the licenses software products. The period of performance will be October 1, 2010 through September 31, 2011. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
