- This purchase order is for the monitoring and inspection services to be performed on the Rube Amburgey Landslide emergency project located in Mallie, Knott County, KY. The work under this purchase order will consist of providing approximately 320 hours of monitoring and inspection services and 120 photographs of the construction work contracted for and performed at the project site. Estimated Price Range: under $14,000 The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition in 541990. The small business size standard is $7.0M. Quotes are due on August 16, 2010. An original hard copy of the completed and signed RFQ along with the AML Contractor Information Form and OSM pre-qualification letter or resume supporting qualifications are due at the depository in 3 Parkway Center, Pittsburgh, PA 15220 on August 16, 2010 @ 2:00 pm. Electronic and/or faxed bids will not be accepted. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to have a DUNs number, register in the Central Contractor Registration at ccr.gov data base and complete on line representations and certifications at orca.bpn.gov.
