- National Institute on Drug Abuse, Office of Acquisitions- Neurosciences, Station Support/Simplified Acquisition, intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Alliance Micro, 4124 Walney Rd. Ste H, Chantilly, VA 20151 for blackberry, cell phone, and data card services. Specifically, the NIDA has a need for (79) AT&T National Pooled Calling 100 Minutes Monthly (Voice Plan), (1) AT&T National Pooled Calling 6000 Minutes Monthly (Voice Plan), (71) AT&T Unlimited National Blackberry Access w/Voice, (4) Blackberry Premium Access w/ International Roaming w/ Voice, (71) AT&T Unlimited National Blackberry Access, (18) AT&T Unlimited National Data Connect, (3) Data Connect 5GB Monthly plus 200 MB International Monthly (PC Card Data Plan), (1) PDA Connect Unlimited Domestic MB (Data Only Plan), (3) text plans, (1) Sprint Mobile Broadband Unlimited Data Unlimited MB Monthly (PC Card Data Plan), (1) Data Connect Unlimited MB Monthly (PC Card Data Plan) The period of performance is 12 months and up to 3 additional one year option period(s). The acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedure using FAR 12 and is exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, Competition Requirement. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. The quotations are due August 06, 2010 3:00 PM EST and will be submitted electronically to Idella Simpson, Contract Specialist, simpsoi@mail.nih.gov.
