- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The South Dakota Army National Guard has a requirement for an Engine Generator and Transfer Switch. Item descriptions and manufacturer reference information is provided for the requested generator and transfer switch to help identify a desired standard of performance and quality. This is a full and open competition, under which any type of organization (large or small commercial) is eligible to compete. The Government encourages the participation to the maximum extent possible of small business concerns, small disadvantaged business concerns, service disabled veteran owned small business, woman owned and hubzone small business concerns in this activity. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
