- The RDECOM Contracting Center, Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 with PANalytical Inc. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment for the ECBC Environmental Monitoring Laboratory. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219 and the size standard is $7,000,000.00. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or solicitation of offers.
