- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a limited competition basis with Power Dyne Inc. and their distributors for an acquisition supporting the KC-130J aircraft. This acquisition is for two (2) and an option quantity of two (2) new Power Dyne Torque Wrenches, which are required for accurate torque control for O and I level maintenance operations for the KC-130J initial outfitting. The standard Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty is required. The Government does not own the rights to current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
