- Attachment 4, Experience Questionnaire Attachment 3, General Wage Decision Attachment 2, Drawings Attachment 1, Specifications Solicitation, 34 pages THIS SOLICITATION REPLACES SOLICITATION NUMBER AG-82B1-S-10-0429 WHICH WAS CANCELLED ON JULY 1, 2010. THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. The resulting contract will utilize funds provided by the ARRA of 2009. Interested parties are notified that the inclusion of unique provisions required in implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency, will be required of the successful contractor. The Forest Service is requesting proposals in response to Solicitation #AG-82B1-S-10-0464 for a water system improvement project at the Mussellshell Work Center, Clearwater National Forest. This requirement is solicited as a Request for Proposals (RFP) under FAR Part 15. Proposals are due August 20, 2010; 10:00 am, MT. A single firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror based upon price and other evaluation factors as stated in the solicitation (IAW FAR Part 9, Contractor Qualifications). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
