- Draft specification document D10PS30118 for DOI On Call Air Tactical (ATT) flight services is being posted for public review and comments prior to issuance of the solicitation. Comments received will be treated confidentially but will be accumulated and will assist the DOI in preparing its final On Call ATT solicitation. The draft specification document is being issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This release does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, or a Request for Quotations. At this time DOI is not looking for proposals and will return if possible, any submittal that has the qualities of a proposal, offer or bid. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice and may provide their comments anonymously to ensure privacy. Suggestions and comments received may or may not be subsequently included in the final solicitation to be issued. The draft specification document will be posted for review under presolicitation number 8010-0118. It will also be available on the Aviation Management website at (amd.nbc.gov) under Business Opportunities.
