- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN Paragould AR The United States Government seeks to lease Class A office space in Paragould AR. The office space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors or floors). A total of twenty four (24) secure, reserved parking spaces must be available on site for government employees and visitors. Four (4) of the twenty four (24) spaces must be located within a fenced and covered parking lot to store one government owned all terrain vehicle (ATV) and one trailer. In addition, two of the required reserved parking spaces must be handicapped van accessible. The space offered should consist of approximately 4,169 rentable square feet, and must yield a minimum 3,625 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten years, (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy within 90 days of Notice to Proceed and no later than April 6, 2012. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be located within Paragould city limits. All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
