- Description
- The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Centralized Contracting Division, is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-10-RQ-0275 for contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, protective gear, and MSDS sheets to apply herbicide applications for crabgrass, broadleaf controls, and Japanese beetle spray at the Keokuk National Cemetery (21.08 acres) and the adjoining Quincy National Cemetery (.45 acre) located at 1701 J Street, Keokkuk, IA 52632. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. Contract period will consist of a base period (October 1, 2010, through September 30, 2011), with four (4) one-year options to extend the terms of the contract through September 30, 2015, if exercised. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561730, size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone request will be accepted. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from the URL address at https://www.fbo.gov on or about August 3, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by 5:00 pm, Eastern Daylight Saving Time (EDT), August 13, 2010. Any amendments to the solicitation will be available at the URL address cited above.
