Up to eight (8) hours of local training at site by Honeywell Technician. Training includes enrollment, materials and attendance. Travel and travel related expenses not included. Contractor to provide software version upgrades replaced with current EBI software technology releases. Scope of work includes: back up of software at each server and workstation, installation of new software at each server and workstation, programming of database information in to new software, testing and training of new software to users. EBI Points Expansion “ Upgrade package of 5,000 additional points due to current system capacity for a total of 10,000 EBI points. Scope of work includes copying and back up of operating database, update all stations, external interfaces, SUSI Software, update BacNet interface, software license, and programming, testing and training for users. Contractor to provide hardware upgrades as needed (current technology is every three (3) years. Scope of work includes: upgrade of systems hardware to like system with new technology, back up of current software programs, installation of existing software version on to new hardware, disposal of hardware, testing and training to users. Equipment to be upgraded: - Computers (1 server, 4 workstations) - Printers (2) - Monitors (4) - Mouse (4) Period of one base year with one one-year option period. Anticipated procurement issued 7/30/2010. Evaluation will be past performance and price.
