- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a new requirement to Install Electric Gates located at Marina US Armed Forces Reserve Center, Marina, CA. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0113 will be available on or about 13 Aug 2010. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 18 Aug 2010 at 9:00 AM (PST). Site Visit location is: Marina US Armed Forces Reserve Center, 17425 Imjin Rd. Marina CA 93933. The primary Site Visit POC is Gerry McClelland at (925) 817-9790. Alternate Site Visit POC: Floyd Reed at (650) 965-4393. Proposals are due 27 August 2010 at 2:30 pm (PST). This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for HUBZONE Small Business firms only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 with a size standard of $14.0M. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude for this project is less than $25,000. Payment and performance bonds are not required for this project. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0113 will be available on or about 13 Aug 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
